Barrister Global Services Network, Inc. announced record operational results for fiscal year end, achieving record results in all aspects of its service delivery.
Barrister Global Services Network Inc., is a provider of nationwide field services, primary IT related. Barrister is one of the oldest and largest woman-owned service companies in the United States. Offering field service, technical support, service call management, logistics, help desk and customer care services.
Debra Bowers, President and CEO, commented: “We have defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for every aspect of service delivery. We achieved record results in both first-time fix (FTF) and Service Level Agreement (SLA) achievements. These results are indicative of Barrister’s continued process improvement and customer satisfaction goals. We have invested significantly in the customer experience. We have vastly improved operating efficiencies and implemented process improvements that directly impact the end users service experience.”
Bowers added, “Our new has begun with better than anticipated growth, considering the impact of COVID-19. The industry demand remains strong and we anticipate continued growth.”
