Wisconsin-based Central Office Systems, a printing solutions provider, has acquired Attivo Technologies for an ‘undisclosed sum’.

As CHANNELe2e reports, Milwaukee-based Attivo will be adding its five staff and IT managed services ‘capabilities’ to Central Office Systems, meaning the combined company ‘will now have between 40 and 50 workers’. Attivo’s offices will be closing as it takes up residence in COS’s Waukesha office and distribution centre.

Central Office Systems, which is a Konica Minolta dealer, first opened its doors in 1973, initially selling copiers and typewriters before branching out to printer sales, rental and related services. The company also has offices located in Appleton.

Attivo first launched in 2011, under the leadership of Christian Kerhin, who will maintain as Vice President of Information Technology Services.
