Asolvi launches of New Evatic

Asolvi announced the availability of New Evatic, the company’s flexible and multi-functional service management system.
Significantly rewritten with a modernised look and an accessible feel, Asolvi has transformed Evatic from a Windows-based product with a VB6 client into a modern C# web application. This launch follows extensive testing and trials earlier this year.
New Evatic now runs on a web browser. Its multi-client capable system also offers modern API connectivity as well as interfaces for the most common fleet management systems. This allows for integration with third-party software and creates a unified environment in which customers can manage, bill and better anticipate customer demand.
Asolvi said that expanding the familiar features and building on stable functionality, New Evatic also delivers improved user experience alongside strengthened security compliance and user privacy. Other key enhancements designed to support and digitise critical business processes include contract management, invoicing, warehousing, smart toner management, technician control and after-sales service.
