ARMOR unveils ARMOR Connect digital portal

ARMOR Office Printing has announced it is launching ARMOR Connect, a digital exchange platform for its partners.
Rather than just creating a simple digital ordering tool, ARMOR Office Printing reveals the company has designed its portal to be a channel of communication for the reinforcement of its existing business relationships. As such, ARMOR Connect offers new features to create a dialogue with its partners. For example, a partner can send a message directly to ARMOR Office Printing, which will process the request within 24 hours.
After-sales service, quote requests, collection, etc. are all topics of exchange with ARMOR Connect, without forgetting a technical phone support option and interaction with the company’s sales teams. On top of that, the portal also provides order centralisation, tracking and archiving.
“ARMOR Connect is a platform that strengthens the services and the products that we propose to our partners. It enriches our collaborations through the integration of a new dedicated and personalised communication channel,” says Gerwald van der Gijp, Director of ARMOR Office Printing.
ARMOR Connect aims to make all product-related information available to its partners wherever they are, and at all times. Certifications attached to cartridges, visuals and data sheets – all of these elements help clients in the creation of a catalogue or in the construction of a website, for example, granting them the utmost autonomy. The platform also lists favourites, in order to save time during the next batch of online orders.
ARMOR Connect allows its partners to track their activities in real-time: tracking the processing of orders and deliveries, as well as the status of any products that might be placed on back order. The company explains, “Our partners also have the possibility of downloading their prices or a specific order at any time and in a format that suits them (PDF, CSV or Excel). This allows them to obtain figures very easily, in order to work on their public prices, for example.”
