Armor now offers remanufactured photocopier consumables

The French company has revealed it is now “positioned in the copier consumables market for businesses.”
Armor Office Printing has launched 60 types of cartridges for the photocopier consumables market, compatible with OEM manufacturers such as Kyocera, Ricoh, Canon and Konica Minolta.
According to Armor, the range offers “100 percent remanufactured consumables under the OWA brand”.
Centralised Managed Print Services (MPS) is highly acclaimed by companies, especially within CIOs, Armor explains. Until a few years ago, this type of printing services was present mainly in large groups. Now this trend is also accelerating in medium and small structures. For proof, more than 65 percent of companies intend to increase their MPS budget in the coming years (source: July 2017 QUOCIRCA). But Armor says the company can see that MPS solutions are integrating more and more photocopier equipment. To help them seize this opportunity, Armor has asserted its desire to support its reseller partners in the photocopier market by offering a range of consumables that meets the needs of companies under MPS contract.
Armor, through its OWA range, now offers sixty references of remanufactured copier consumables compatible with five OEM manufacturers in this market: Kyocera Mita, Canon, Ricoh, Konica Minolta and Samsung. To design this range, the Armor team analysed the customer’s needs in order to offer the most suitable products, with a high quality requirement, the company explains.
In addition, Armor’s range of photocopier consumables ensures and maintains communication with existing MPS solutions. The photocopier equipment can thus maintain its longevity and optimal operation throughout the maintenance contract.
One of the strengths of remanufactured copier consumables, according to the French company, is its advantageous cost that allows IT and office resellers to increase their service margin compared to an original cartridge.
“On average, OWA copier consumables can deliver 30 percent immediate savings, ” says Céline Berson, Category Manager, Copiers/Services at Armor.
In addition, Armor comments, remanufactured consumables are from collection and recycled in Europe which allows this range to fit perfectly into a CSR approach, increasingly dear to companies.
