October 16, 2020
Recognised for its sustainable development strategy in 2017 and subsequently in 2019, ARMOR Asia has now received a further award at the Singapore Apex Corporate Sustainability Awards.
The event took place virtually on 1 October in the presence of the president of Singapore, Halimah Yacob.
Considered as one of the most prestigious sustainable development awards in Asia, companies are recognised for the excellence of their commercial activities and solutions that satisfy the ten principles of the Global Compact. Candidate companies’ CSR measures are assessed against social and environmental criteria alongside the issues of governance, stakeholder engagement and economic performance.
Recognised in the Sustainable Company category for SMEs, the Asian subsidiary of ARMOR Industrial Coding & Printing has once again demonstrated the group’s ability to implement its CSR policy way beyond France.
“This award means a lot to us. It reflects the whole range of our innovative and creative capacity exploited in the interests of sustainable development, and its adoption by our personnel. The results generated are not only positive but also measurable. This award is recognition for all the efforts made to maintain the high standards of our CSR policy”, concluded Wesley Alves, Vice President & Managing Director of ARMOR Asia.
