ARLINGTON acquires CWI

ARLINGTON and Cartridge Warehouse International (CWI) announced that after 25 years, CWI decide to sell to Arlington.
Cartridge Warehouse International decided to sell our business to ARLINGTON in June 2022.
In its announcement, ARLINGTON said that CWI ownership felt it was the right time to transition their business and provide their customers a new distributor partner for the future.
ARLINGTON added: “The difficult part of this decision is not the selling the business; rather knowing their interactions with you, the customer, will end. ARLINGTON is committed to building a strong, long-lasting relationship that will serve your business well.”
CWI customers now have gone from having access to 7,000 OEM, remanufacture and compatible products to over 17,000 supply products which are distributed through ARLINGTON’s five coast-to-coast distribution centres.
“We feel ARLINGTON can offer the loyal customers of CWI the same service they have come to expect from them the past 25 years,” stated Larry Huneycutt, President/Owner of ARLINGTON. “We welcome their resellers into our family and look forward to enhancing their product selection and sales solutions in the coming months.”
Cartridge Warehouse International, located in Canoga Park, California, is a wholesale distributor of imaging supplies and accessories. For more than 25 years, they have provided services to office machine dealers and office supply stores in the United States.
CWI did not sell to end users and were in business solely to serve dealers and this will remain the same with ARLINGTON, the company said.
ARLINGTON is celebrating 50 years of business as a privately owned business committed to providing one-stop shop for resellers throughout North America.
