Apex releases replacement chips for OKI C612/C712 series

The company announced new ASIC designed replacement chips for OKI C612/C712 series.
In October 2016, OKI released a series of new A4 colour laser printers. This series of printers uses advanced LED imaging technology. The C712 series is a comprehensive medical colour printer that is compatible with all types of media such as porcelain white film used in medical reports.
The Apex replacement chip is in the company’s ASIC design.
The replacements chips announced are for use in OKI C612n/dn, OKI C612dnw and OKI C712dnw printers. The replacement chips for use in OKI C612n/dn come with page yields of 8,000 for the black cartridge and 6,000 for the CMY cartridges.
The replacement chips for use in OKI C612dnw printers, come in three variations of page yields. The first has a page yield of 3,000 for the black and 2,000 for the CMY cartridges; the second comes with page yields of 8,000 for the black and 6,000 for the CMY cartridges and the third comes with a page yield of 11,000 for the black and 11,500 for the CMY cartridges.
Also announced were replacement chips for use in OKI C712dnw printers which come in two variations of page yields. The first has a page yield of 5,500 for the CMYK cartridges and the larger version comes with a page yield of 11,000 for the CMYK set.
