Ambiente Working 2023, which included Office and Remanexpo, witnessed an eclectic mix of international professionals and newcomers, setting a precedent for exhibitor and visitor expectations in the upcoming 2024 event. With data pouring in from the audience feedback, the Recycler observes a clear direction for the future of this global event.
The international share of visitors at the Ambiente Working 2023 stood at an impressive 55%, signifying the event’s growing global appeal. This global reach, combined with the fact that 55% of the attendees were first-time visitors, speaks volumes about Ambientes’ expanding footprint and its ability to attract new businesses and professionals year after year.
Regarding immediate impact, the fair was a hub of activity and business opportunities. A noteworthy 35% of visitors placed orders during the event, which surged to 53% post-show. This two-fold ordering pattern underscores the event’s direct value to exhibitors and the lasting impression it leaves on visitors, encouraging them to engage in post-show transactions.
But what were the main attractions for these visitors? A staggering 68% showed keen interest in Office products, while 64% were invested in discussions about the Future of Work. Global Sourcing and Remanexpo products appealed to 24% and 23% of visitors, respectively. The Office section will be prominently hosted in Hall 2 (Festhalle), and the Office brands will be showcased in the Forum 0 hall. Meanwhile, Remanexpo will be situated in the Forum 1 hall and the Congress Centre. Conveniently, all these locations are within a five-minute walk of each other.
