Agilico closes eleventh acquisition

Horizon Capital backed Agilico announced the acquisition of YourDMS Limited (YDMS), a long-standing reseller of Invu document management.
This latest move complements Agilico’s acquisition of Invu, the manufacturer of document management and accounts payable software – in November 2021 and will enable end user customers to access a greater depth of technical knowledge and experience in the product.
Agilico CEO, Simon Davey, said “We have worked with YDMS for many years through our indirect channel, so we know the business and its customers well. This is an opportunity for us to expand the customer relationships with new products and ideas and to bring them closer to the Invu community.”
Beverly Wright, Director, YDMS said, “Simon listened and understood what we as a family wanted to achieve for our customers and staff after many years of hard work and we completely trust him and the rest of the Agilico team to honour those commitments”.
Martin Squier, Partner at Horizon, said “This acquisition complements Agilico’s strategy to invest in its fast-growing software and consulting division – we welcome all of our new colleagues and customers.”
