AD Solutions acquires Qualpath

Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to Qualpath, Inc. and its owner Kevin DeYoung on the sale of capital stock to Advanced Document Solutions, Inc. dba AD Solutions.
Qualpath, headquartered in Pompano Beach, Florida, was owned and operated by Kevin DeYoung. Qualpath, founded in 2001, was an authorised Xerox dealer and sold and serviced office equipment to customers throughout the Southeastern coast of Florida. Qualpath also sold and serviced Kyocera, Brother and HP copiers, MFP’s and printers.
AD Solutions is a woman-minority-owned business founded in 2007. AD Solutions teams up with vendors to craft solutions for workplace technology needs by offering the equipment, services and software that simplifies working and learning in a hybrid world.
Their primary focus is tailoring their services and products to meet the unique needs of their customers. AD’s range of solutions features products from renowned brands such as Sharp, HP, Google, and Cisco.
