ACP acquires Konica Minolta direct branches

All Copy Products (ACP) announced that they are expanding and acquiring several Konica Minolta direct branches.
The Konica Minolta direct branches involved in this acquisition are strategically located in areas where ACP currently operates and can support these customers with their current equipment as well as offer them an expansive list of technology solutions.
ACP explained that with the acquisition of these Konica Minolta branches, it is able to expand into new markets and fortify their existing presence in – Boulder, Fort Collins, Pueblo, Colorado Springs, Grand Junction, Cheyenne, Laramie, Flagstaff, Omaha, Lincoln, and Kearney.

Due to this acquisition, and in conjunction with the continuous annual growth of their organisation, ACP will surpass the $125 million (€105million) annual revenue mark this year. This further solidifies ACP’s position in the Greater Rocky Mountain Region as one of the largest independently owned and operated office technology provider, headquartered in the region.
In addition to the acquisition of clients, ACP is also bringing on over 70 employees from Konica Minolta.
