The Association of Technical Service Professionals’ (ATSP) programme allows dealer service technicians to demonstrate their technical expertise and provide an outstanding customer experience.
All Copy Products (ACP) explained that ATSP certification is awarded after successfully passing six exams, prepared under a proprietary Canon testing method, and administered by Canon.
