19 new faces at the MORGENSTERN Group

For 18 apprentices and one student, the start of their professional future at the MORGENSTERN Group began on 1 September.

The young professionals are starting their careers at the document system house in Baden-Württemberg. The official welcome was given by Robin Morgenstern, CEO of the MORGENSTERN Group, and Oliver Roth, General Manager and Head of Human Resources and organisation at the main location in Reutlingen.

The trainee “take-off”, which is traditional at MORGENSTERN, extends over three days and serves to get to know each other better among the trainees, to explore the company headquarters in Reutlingen and to familiarise themselves with the various business areas.

“As one of the largest companies in Reutlingen, we are aware of the responsibility for training in the region. At the same time, our wide range of training courses represents a key investment in the future of the company. We are also certain that a sophisticated training strategy is one of the answers to the shortage of skilled workers in Germany,” explained Robin Morgenstern. “We are very happy about the motivated young people who are now taking up their first professional challenges at the locations of the MORGENSTERN Group,” added Oliver Roth.

With two courses of study and six apprenticeships, the document system house offers a very wide range of training opportunities in both the technical and commercial areas. In total, MORGENSTERN has 46 apprentices with almost 300 employees at ten locations.

In the coming years, the apprentices will pass through various specialist departments that are relevant to their respective training occupation. Feedback meetings are also held at regular intervals, in which personal developments, strengths and potential are jointly examined.

From next year there will also be the opportunity to apply for a new apprenticeship as a clerk (m/f/d) for digitisation management. The application phase for the start of training in September 2023 is already underway, the company said.
