The ink manufacturer has signed a deal to make Cyngient its new strategic distribution partner for its inks, coatings, and other solutions.

The partnership will reportedly allow the two companies to reach customers in North America faster and more efficiently, as well as offering customers a range of technical and product support. Cyngient’s customers will also now enjoy access to the full range of solutions from Sun Chemical.

Dennis Sweet, Vice President of Commercial, Rycoline and Distributors, North American Inks, said: “Cyngient is much more than a distributor; they are a partner that develops relationships, provides technical service, does their own lab work and will serve as an extension of our technological capabilities. Combining Sun Chemical’s technology and capabilities with Cyngient’s service to customers brings together the best of both worlds.”

“Sun Chemical is a global leader with the world’s largest research and development centre dedicated to printing ink technology,” declared Andrew Wasserman, Cyngient’s Managing Partner, who spoke of his excitement at the new deal. “We believe with this combined partnership, Cyngient can deliver leading edge ink technology, enhanced on-site training, along with delivering the highest level of service. This is truly a game changer for Cyngient and our customers.”
