The OEM has announced that it has decided to change its directors.
The decision was made at a meeting of the Board of Directors held on 26 March 2018.
The change of directors will be effective from 1 April 2018.
In line with this change, Hiroaki Niwa, Senior General Manager of the Corporate Management Control Division, will become Director of Kyocera Document Solutions Inc.
