ImageNet Consulting, a business consulting and technology company headquartered in Oklahoma City, announced a new partnership with Katy Independent School District
This new partnership is set to deliver a comprehensive print management solution designed to modernise and streamline operations throughout the district.
The agreement includes the deployment of 250 Kyocera multifunction devices, Konica Minolta production equipment, and the implementation of PaperCut software to enable secure, efficient printing across all campuses. A fully staffed, state-of-the-art Print Shop is also part of the solution, offering high-volume printing and professional graphic design services with industry-leading turnaround times and quality.
Through this partnership, Katy ISD gains enhanced document security, automated toner replenishment, and a robust five-year technology roadmap tailored to support both educators and students.
This multi-year agreement not only transforms Katy ISD’s print infrastructure but also delivers an estimated $1.8 million (€1.54 million) in cost savings, dramatically improving technology, service responsiveness, and operational efficiency district-wide, ImageNet Consulting said.
