HP expands portfolio of services and solutions

Jun 6, 2025

New and enhanced solutions enable partners to drive business growth.

HP announced an expanded portfolio of services and solutions designed for the company’s expansive network of channel partners. These new offerings help increase revenue streams by enabling partners to deliver transformative business and IT outcomes for their customers.

These announcements include:

  • HP Managed Device Services: Last year, HP introduced a new fully managed PC service designed for enterprise customers, which included device configuration and management as well as onsite support, proactive monitoring and recommendations for fleet improvements. This fully managed PC service is now available through the channel, with a reduced seat requirement to target mid-size customers in the US and UK. With HP’s new beta programme for integrated delivery services, partners will be able to integrate their support services into HP’s Managed Solutions for print and PC.
  • HP Managed Collaboration Services: In September 2024, HP announced the global availability of HP Managed Collaboration Services, a fully managed solution for collaboration rooms, combining premium HP | Poly video and audio equipment with professional design, installation, and proactive support. Channel partners are now able to sell this service to mid-market and enterprise customers in the US, Canada, UK, Ireland, Belgium, Denmark, Finland, Netherlands, Norway and Sweden.
  • Out-of-Band Diagnosis & Remediation Capabilities: Last year, HP introduced an industry-first out-of-band remediation capability allowing HP support agents to remotely diagnose and fix more complex issues like blue screen of death events, imaging and BIOS issues, even if the PC won’t boot — and with virtually no assistance from the end user. This summer, HP will be enabling channel partner delivery. Using this advanced support capability, partners will be able to perform remote remediation for 45% more hardware issues for users of HP business PCs with Intel vPro.
  • New Support Services for Print: HP is expanding its portfolio of Support Services for enterprise-class business printers with new HP Premium and HP Premium+ Support packages. HP Premium Support provides remote or onsite assistance, as well as new telemetry capabilities that deliver device health insights. This gives HP technicians the intelligence needed to remotely diagnose issues faster and more accurately, as well as speed up support when onsite repair is needed. Choosing HP Premium+ Support adds out-of-office-hours chat support, preferred access to phone support agents and HP parts, as well as delivery and service priority. These HP-delivered Support Services for Print will be available in the US and Canada later this summer, for purchase through HP directly or an authorized channel partner.
  • New Consulting Service for Security: With planned availability for June 2025, HP channel partners are planned to be able to sell HP’s new Security Advisory Service to help mid-size and enterprise customers with regulatory compliance requirements, reduce vulnerabilities, and secure endpoints. This offering will be available for channel partners to sell in the US, UK, and Ireland for both the print and PC portfolio.
  • HP Carbon Neutral Computing Services: Channel partners are now able to deliver HP Carbon Neutral Computing Services, which allow customers to offset the carbon footprint of manufacturing and use of eligible commercial HP computer systems. Through this service, customers can support their sustainability initiatives before they even power up the device.

Expanding the portfolio of solutions that channel partners can sell is only one piece of the equation. HP is equipping partners with the tools, resources, and training needed to transform into trusted experts for customers.

  • HP Managed Print Services Subscription: HP has enhanced the subscription experience, taking days off the setup time. Two key changes include a mobile friendly subscription management tool making it easier to monitor supply levels, track consumable orders and stay on top of usage trends; and onboard automation efficiency with the MPS Printer Onboarding Tool enabling faster connectivity to the HP Cloud and activation of the subscription. With these enhancements, partners will be able to streamline their processes and provide better experiences for customers.
  • HP Managed Solution Sales Toolkit: To help partners succeed in delivering some of our latest offerings, HP is expanding its Managed Solutions sales toolkit that was announced last year. Improvements include easier to use sales tools such as an online self-serve widget for subscriptions and proposal guides for partner sales teams. Additionally, new digital market campaign assets, sales trainings, and certifications are now available. With these additions, channel partners will be better equipped with the tools they need to be successful.
