Epson is introducing the WorkForce Enterprise AM-M5500 series of new A3 mono devices.
Combining print speeds of up to 55 pages per minute and duplex scanning speeds of up to 140 images per minute, these new devices come with a compact footprint. These systems utilise the latest generation of energy-saving Epson Heat-Free technology, making them an environmentally friendly, cost-effective alternative to laser printers for businesses.
Thanks to Heat-Free technology, the printing process on these devices also begins without a lengthy warm-up time.
Because of their C-shaped paper path, the new enterprise printers feature a space-saving architecture and are among the most compact printing systems in their class. This means they fit even in tight spaces. The devices feature an open developer platform, allowing them to expand their functionality to meet customer needs with solutions from Epson or third-party providers.
The new printers also share the same user interface as all devices in the AM series. Like other printers with Heat-Free technology, the AM-M5500 consumes less power than high-performance laser printers.
The new Epson WorkForce Enterprise AM-5500 series will be available from qualified retailers from April 2025.
