Mike Dudek and Rich Wisniewski of Zygoquest Group “seeking to unite” served as the advisor to The Office Shop and its owner Craig Markham on the sale of assets to Laser Copy Technologies.
The Office Shop, headquartered in Cedar Hill, Tennessee, was owned and operated by Craig Markham. The Office Shop, founded in 1989, sold and serviced Ricoh brand office equipment to customers throughout the central Northern Tennessee and Southern Kentucky region.
Laser Copy Technologies, which is owned by Andy Miller, is a Sharp dealer, and has been a premier copier supplier and services provider in Russellville, Kentucky since 1992. Laser Copy Technologies, sells and leases copiers, scanners, fax, finishers and toner cartridges. Through their knowledge and experience, the Laser Copy Technologies’ team provides its customers with superior products and high-quality customer service.
