Scaglione, who joined the company in 2021, played a pivotal role in managing the company’s financial strategies during a period of significant transformation.

The company is facing a lawsuit over allegations of hidden email spyware in its computer repair services. The lawsuit claims that the company used this software to gain unauthorised access to customers’ emails, sparking concerns over privacy and security.
