Büroring, a cooperative of specialised retailers, announced its strategic transformation into a joint-stock company during its general assembly in Koblenz.

Facing declining sales and financial performance, Büroring plans a comprehensive restructuring to become a more sales-oriented entity. This includes enhancing its product portfolio, online shop system, and digital processes.
The transition, aiming for completion by year-end, seeks to restore profitability and foster collaboration with other groups, starting with the integration of winwin Office Network AG.
The transition seeks to boost profitability and will be reviewed at the next general assembly in June 2025.
