The company has issued a customer notice, announcing its name change to Zhuhai Print-Rite Microelectronics Corporation.
In October, Print-Rite issued a customer notice explaining that “in order to meet the company’s strategy development and better promote its business”, it has changed its name from Print-Rite Technology Development Co., Ltd. of Zhuhai to Zhuhai Print-Rite Microelectronics Corporation (PMC).
The company name change is effective as of 24 October 2023.
The company added: “All the contracts, agreements or other legal documents signed before PTO company name change will stay validated within its validity period. All the business relations and service commitments remain unchanged.”
The address, VAT number, bank account, phone numbers, etc. will not be changed.
PMC said: “We really appreciate for your unremitting support and also hope that we can make a better cooperation in the future. We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to you.”
