Since 1 January 2021, Hauser Office Management GmbH is part of printvision AG.
With the takeover, printvision AG said it strengthens its position in the market for printing and copying systems as well as document management.
Printvision CEO, Martin Steyer, explained: “Together with Hauser, we want to appear on the market as a strong partner for our customers.” According to Steyer, this is how the customers of Hauser Office Management GmbH and printvision AG will benefit. The merger of the two companies can offer existing and new customers even more, diverse services, a wide variety of products from excellent providers such as Canon, Kyocera and HP and much more.
“We want to support the customers of Hauser Office Management GmbH with all the possibilities and resources of printvision AG on their way to digitisation”, explained Steyer and added: “With the merger we are one of the top providers of document management solutions in Bavaria.”
Hauser Office Management GmbH was founded as early as 1932. The company has reinvented itself over and over again in its almost 100-year history and has continuously developed. Hauser Office Management GmbH has been German Premier Partner of Canon Germany since 2011 and Canon European Premier Partner since 2018. In addition, the Munich-based company has had the certificate for climate-neutral printing since 2016.
“We are very pleased to have a strong partner at our side in the future in printvision AG,” explained Wolfgang Gramenz, von Hauser. He added: “We work according to the same standards as printvision AG, a merger is even easier.”
Printvision AG and Hauser Office Management GmbH are aiming for around €15 million (€18.24 million) sales in 2021. Currently, around 10,000 contract devices, mostly multifunction devices, are being looked after. “We look ahead to the upcoming 2021 financial year with confidence and want to continue growing,” explained Steyer. Together with their own employees and those taken over by Hauser Office Management GmbH, they want to actively shape the digital future.
