Apex announces new replacement chips

The company has announced its latest replacement chips for use with Kyocera devices in the US market.

In March 2020, Kyocera released two A4 colour MFPs TASKalfa 408ci/508ci in the United States with a printing speed of 40ppm, which Kyocera said is mainly suitable for small and medium-sized working groups that require durable operation and flexible finishing.

Apex has announced its replacement chip solution offering “consistent performance” and are “easy to install in recycled cartridges”. These latest replacement chips are for use with Kyocera TK-5317 series cartridges which are for use in Kyocera TASKalfa 408ci/508ci devices. Regionalised for the USA, the chips come with page yields of 24,000 for the black cartridge chip and 18,000 for the CMY cartridge chips.
